Effective Leadership Principles
This course will explore the key aspects of relationship building with key stakeholders, communicating organizational success and achievements, learn how to measure and improve the nonprofit “stock price”, how to become a passionate, inspiring and visionary leaders, and how to become more business minded.

Engaging Your Board in Fundraising
This course will address how to effectively engage and motivate the board to participate in your organization’s development efforts to increase donors and dollars. Topics to be covered include the principles of philanthropy, the successful characteristics of nonprofit organizations, the role of the board, building your board’s level of confidence and developing a successful strategic fundraising plan for your organization.
